Our Story

When we analyzed the ports of the Black Sea and East Mediterranean, we saw a massive contradiction in the logistics world: On one side, exporters and heavy forwarders struggling with high land transport costs, waiting for days in truck queues at border crossings to ship heavy machinery, steel, and auto parts... On the other side, massive Ro-Ro vessels returning to Turkey completely empty (ballast) after discharging their cargo. The lack of an operational and digital bridge to connect these two worlds inspired us to create this platform.
 

We set out to eliminate this trade asymmetry and the operational friction (VTT) at ports. We built a hybrid model that doesn't just offer software, but actively operates on the ground, digitalizes customs, and ensures a win-win scenario for both sides. Today, we turn shipowners' empty return legs into profit, while offering exporters the most secure, damage-free, and cost-effective Ro-Ro alternative.
